This technology exploits the behaviour of the female mosquito, which, during the gestation period, bites in search of blood to nourish its eggs. During this time, the female avoids the male: thus, the MYPROTECTION MOSQUITO technology simulates the sound emitted by the male mosquito during flight, keeping the female away. The device is also supplied with a wick soaked in a mix of 7 blended organic essential oils, which provide additional protection by covering the scent emitted by our skin that usually attracts mosquitoes.
Its effectiveness and compatibility with people is guaranteed and demonstrated by studies and medical tests conducted on adults and children. The protection range exceeds 3 metres, the CR2032 battery is easily replaceable and lasts approximately 4000 hours, the soaked wick should preferably be replaced once a week and the refill is provided in a pouch. The package also includes a ring and a device holder carabiner.
